The annual Hume Upper Goulburn District Swimming Championships were held at the Seymour Outdoor on Saturday 31st January 2015.
With the three major clubs in the district competing for overall and relay titles, Kilmore did themselves proud in both individual and relay events to finish second behind eventual winners Seymour and ahead of third placed Mansfield.
“We are very proud of all our swimmers,” head coach Jennifer Jonie said.
“We have a lot of new and younger swimmers this season. It’s great to see them having a go and achieving some great times. Although Kilmore didn’t take home the District Championship or Relay Shield, our swimmers took home 66 medals and 13 of the 26 championship trophies, quite a good effort from a small team of 21”.
